Harrison Ave. (Dogpound Rd.) is NOT a speed trap. The speed limit is 35mph, with no changes in the speed limit, from one end to the other. It is also a double yellow line no-passing zone from one end to the other. People routinely drive 50mph or more down this street, and pass vehicles that are driving the speed limit.
