Hartland Parkway near Rockbridge Road
The cop tends to sit at the bottom of the hill underneath some trees on the side of the road. These trees at night allow him to blend in and seem to be just a neighborhood car. During summer months enforcement is extrememly common with about an average of 5 people spotted pulled over per night. I know this since I deliver pizzas in the area and get to see them all stopped (and was once stopped myself)
