Havelock Avenue near 73rd Street
The officers stand on the south side of Havelock Ave., Clocking traffic both directions on Havelock Ave. The hitch to this one is, westbound taffic posted speed drops from 55mph to 25 mph. This is in violation of state law, which requires that a posted speed change cannot be dropped more than 15 mph at a time. You may call the city attorney and have your ticket voided.
