Haycock Road near Haycock Elementary School
A cop sits in the parking lot of Haycock Elementary School some nights. Haycock Road is a 25 mile per hour zone, but it should be at least 35, and its very easy to go 40 without even noticing it when it’s late at night and the road is clear.
