He is in the Ethan Allen Parking lot just off the exit for the pike…
He waits just inside the parking lot to nab everyone going over the speed limit from the pike. (The zone is a 40 mph and people go 50 mph which he gets ’em on every time). He has his headlights on all the time so just watch out. The street is also called Route 12.
