Heading N on HWY 93 and the stoplight for HWY 40.
The speed changes from 65 to 45 at the bottom of the hill just before the light. Police wait on other side of light and get you when it’s green and you haven’t slowed down fast enough!

The speed limit here is 45 for a reason. You are coming into a busy intersection that has a light that changes quickly. If you go through the intersection at 45, the slight hill to the north won't increase your speed significantly. I have been hit there by a speeder that ran the red light. IMHO... the cops should be there more often!
