Hermosa Street near 4th Street
If you are going southbound on Hermosa from Arrow, before you get to 4th street there are some industrial parks on the right (west) side of the street. The police sit back in the driveways early in the morning and use radar. I got a 59 in a 45. Officer stated he only tickets 10mph over. Its easy to go fast because its 5 lanes wide (suicide lane in the middle. Its the first ticket I got in 17 years.

I receieved a ticket going north on Hermosa, in the industrial area, I was in the commercial area, which was 50 mph, when he clocked me near 6th, but didn't pull me over until 8th where the posted speed limit is 45mph, and he put the location at of 8th/Hermosa...1st ticket i ever recieved after 13 yrs of driving...
