Highland Road near Bunkum Road
The Fairview Heights Police force sit on side roads of Highland Road (mostly in the Spring and Summer) and write alot of tickets. The speed limit is 25 but drivers coming up Hill Road from Caseyville are constantly driving in excess of 50 miles per hour.
