I was stopped in a construction zone by a State Trooper with a canine. He said I was traveling 86 in a 55 construction zone. I didn’t believe that I had been through a construction zone and I asked if he would tear up the ticket if he there was no construction zone. He said he would tear up the ticket and buy me dinner if there were no cones. I went back and looked and there were cones all over the place! He was really quite friendly and explained to me how radar works even though it was a $200 ticket it was quite a nice experience. You have to give credit where credit is due.
