Highway 23 East
If you are heading west on highway 23 on the east side of town, the speed limit turns to 25 as you are coming down the hill. As soon as you come around the curve and doing more than 30 they will nail you. Sometimes they sit at the car wash or in front of the churches. You can’t see them until it’s too late
