Highway 23, North of Asheville
The road is Interstate-quality, and looks wide-open. Speed limit is set low, at 55 mph. NC state troopers patrol constantly up and down, and use instant-on K-55 radar. I was not speeding (travelling at 50-55 mph) but was tagged anyway, and have no "proof".
