Highway 289 betweenPoPo’s and I-10 bridge near Little Joshua
The speed limits drops from 55 to 45 near PoPo’s restaurant and continues 45 till you reach the Little Joshuua Creek. This area is rural and should not be listed at 45mph. Kendall County Sheriff’s dupties and Texas State Troopers often do radar on this road.
