Highway 31 Indianapolis East Side a.k.a. Keystone
Right as you branch from 31 to Keystone, there is a clump of trees that seperate the the east and west bound traffic, Westfield Police, Hamilton County Sherriffs, like to sit there and nab people heading into Carmel.

That's Carmel, not Westfield. The trees have been gone for years. It's a ramp now.
