Highway 321 between Gastonia and 279 overpass
NC Highway Patrol, Gaston County PD, and Gastonia City PD sit in grassy median between north and south bound lanes and under highway 279 overpass. Main times multiple patrol cars are in same area. Not always in open, sometimes hide behind large bushes growing in median.

Also, after you pass under the bridge and start towards Lincolnton heading into the 65 mile per hour zone, don't jump before the sign there is a state trooper that likes to park at the far end of the straight away in the median (All Lights Off including interior lights) before the 65 mile per hour zone. Also, sometimes there is an officer that will back up on the get on ramp to 321 heading to Lincolnton from Dallas - usually late at night.
