Lipan hired Barney Fife and he takes his job seriously! There are many places for him to hide. Speed limit is 30MPH. He will write his own mother a citation so watch out!

I just dont understand why everyone yells speed trap when they get caught speeding, I was stopped in lipan and I got a ticket and I went back and looked for the signs and discovered that they have the largest 30mph speed zone sign that I have ever seen, I was on the cell phone at the time as i suspect that most of the people that complain about being ticketed were as well. The bottom line is dont do the crime if you dont want to pay the fine
I dint see Barney there but I got caught all the same, man txdot needs to put up better signs coming into this town

I drive through there every day and I never see them hiding but they are watching so be careful
