Highway 50 Just West of Downtown Lake Geneva
I have been going to Lake Geneva for 20+ Years, Highway 50 just west of downtown the speed limit goes from 55-45 then down to 30(headed east into town). There is a hill and there are always cops waiting right there at the transision, Usually targeting traffic Leaving town.

A) It changes from 55 to 45 almost a mile west of town, to 35 and then to 25 (as the speed on city streets is almost always 25)
B) Since when is it a speed trap when the officer is posted - just doing his/her job of inforcing the speed...that's not a trap
A trap is when the speed is dropped artificially low in one stretch in order to catch you!
