highway 58 eastbound of interstate 95
the Police Cruiser sit on the right shoulder two miles east of interstate 95, as you are traveling eastbound heading out of emporia. they sit at the first hill as you come over. then again in the curve on the right shoulder. I drive this roadway everyday and someone is always pulled over. State police, local sheriffs, and town police patrol at all times. emporia is a place of poor economy, no growth and survives on traffic fines.
