Highway 68 ( Forest ave.) and Prescott st.
Motorcycle cop sits at the Shell Gas station, catching drivers not stopping at red light who are making a right hand turn from 68 ( forest ave.) onto Prescott st. Also he is looking for cell phone use. This cop is rented from Carmel PD. Usually in Pacific Grove on Tuesdays. He is not nice!

Seems to me that drivers need to stop for the red light and stay off of their cell phones. Pretty much common sense. This has nothing to do with being a speed trap. Sounds like he is doing his job.
