Highway 69 North and South
City police park anywhere in the city limit on HWY 69 with radar. Speed drops from 70 to 55 to 45. They dont give warning tickets.

When you come into "town" from the south on highway 69, the speed zone moves from 75 to 55 quickly. You don't realize it because there is no "town" and you are out in the woods. Their city government depends on ticket revenue to fund the police department according to the Lufkin story written back in 2010. Be warned and avoid Zavalla if you can. I know I will.
