Highway 70 at Thompson Station 1/2 mi from Davidson co. line
West bound on highway 70 just entering the town on Pegram there is a traffic light at Hannah Ford Rd. The THP likes to hide behind the sign for the Mudpuddle Pottery Studio on Sundays.
Also beware of Cheatham County mounties also hiding in the Baptist church parking lot on Sunnyfield Dr. a block later – you can’t see them ’till they have you.

The sheriff's deputies also like to sit in the parking lot between city hall and the Dollar General store. This is the gravel parking lot where the fireworks stands usually are around July 4th and New Year's Day. Other times of the year, this lot sits empty. Since I live off of Walkup Road, I must turn there anyway, so there is usually no issue with me exceeding the speed limit there.
