Highway 77 at the Total service station and going east on Slaughterville Road.
This is a complaint of harassment by deputy sheriffs and the Norman police. They will stop you for absolutely no reason at all (you do not have to be breaking the law, just driving on their road) just stopping you and wanting to see driver’s license and insurance forms. They will ask you if you know how fast you were going, and if you do then you may be alright, but if you say you are not sure, they will say you were breaking the speed limit and going 70 in a 55 mile zone. If you are trying to get to work on time, they will usually make you late! There is always at least one to five cars on this road. They have stopped cars for trying not to run over a dead animal in the road, even though the car did not endanger or do anything really wrong. Why do hard working people have to be subjected to this harassment?
