Highway 85 South, between Saratoga Ave. and Winchester Blvd.
Officer is there ALL the time. There are two locations on the right side of the highway (heading south), where the sound wall is interrupted and thus provides a perfect hole to hide in. Is it a classic Speed Trap (the kind they supposedly outlawed), wherein there is NO POSSIBLY WAY that you can see the cop until after you pass him (and the guy the I see all the time is not very nice). The break in the sound wall is smooth enough that you don’t notice it until it is too late. Good Luck 🙂

There are normally no officers hiding behind this wall, but I once saw 7 motorcycle cops waiting behind the wall. They could have been on a training maneuver.
