Highway 87, just south of town, at Washington St.
Speed limit signs intentionally set up to "trap" people and prey upon people with out of state license plates rather than to maximize safety. Officer "exaggerated" my speed by at least ten miles per hour, and attempted to intimidate me by saying that he could arrest me and confiscate my vehicle for the offense. Amount of fine is truly outrageous- $105.00 for 45MPH (which was really only 35MPH at most)in a 25 MPH zone.

NO TRAP! Speed limit is cleraely posted wit "Reduced Speed Ahead" signs. And 35 in a 25 IS speeding!
