Highway 89 North Bound between Farmington and Kaysville at new overpass construction site
Police usually hide on west side of Hwy 89 just North of new overpass or under new underpass. Speed is posted at 40mph in construction zone speed before and after construction zone is at 50 mph. Police regularly sit there at early morning radaring North and South bound traffic.
