A CHP car sits on the side of the frontage road clocking vehicles on the highway and also watches for those who don’t stop at the 4way stop on the frontage road and Armstrong Rd. It is there at random times.

If you speed and get caught, you get a ticket. also you must come to a COMPLETE stop at stop lights / signs or you will get a ticket.
