cops will sit it the wooded area after rex hill between newberg and sherwood and hide in the shadows watching like a hawk I was pulled over there got a ticket cop told me to keep it under 70mph

If the police officer told the driver to "keep it under 70," he was already giving he diver the benefit of 15 miles over the limit. How is that a trap?
