Highway PR-10 between Arecibo and Utuado
The limit on several segments of this very good highway (safe for 60 MPH or more) is only 40 MPH. There are at least two patrol cars during daytime and one at night, with radar. Usually, when cops finish issuing a ticket, it only takes them 5 minutes or so to nail the next victim. If you have a cruise control, use it. Detectors may help, but cops have become skilled at using instant-on.
