Entering into Lethbridge from the south, the speed limits on both highways drop down from 100 km/h to 60 km/h very quickly. Both these highways at that point are 4 lane divided highways, but you are entering into an area of commercial development (box stores, etc.) Entering into town (north-bound), the traps are USUALLY far enough in to allow you to slow down (and then speed up again because the speed seems ridicuously slow!). South-bound, the traps are near the end of the 60 km/h zone, when one is tempted to speed up to highway speeds.
