This place is definatly a trap, I drive this road every day & they park at the bottom of a hill to wait for people that don't ride their brakes all the way to the bottom of the hill. I have set my cruise control on 45 then coasted down the hill ,I gain 8mph by just coasting. The coppers are just trying to fill quotas by sitting here. There is NO way the cops earn this one they are plain old opertunist by sitting there & it's totally unfair & the biggest SPEED TRAP in Rochester
