Hiway 13 South between Richmond and Lexington
Small town with population of around 200 people. One police officer that sits on the side of the roadway waiting for speeders. The speed limit is 40 mph.

This used to be a speed trap, but since Mo. Hwy 13 bypasses this little town, it's not such an issue.
