30mph speed limit and if you’re from out of town they cut no slack. Should be 45mph.

Definitely a speed trap. Got cited for 12 over in 30 zone, just before it changes to 45. 3 in the morning. Asked for a non moving violation, not interested. Officer thinks its funny that he gets to ruin truck drivers livelihoods. I'll buy fuel and food elsewhere to boycott their city sales tax to offset the ticket. Come through Pratt 4 times a week.See this guy all the time.
