Holloway Road
The police will either wait in the parking lots of the Ballwin Pool, angled so they are difficult to see, or they will wait in the parking lot of the Ballwin Golf Course with their lights off at night. I have seen many a person pulled over at this intersection.

I live in Country Creek subdivision near this location and this is not a speed trap. Officers regularly sit here in plain view, marked cars for visibility to drivers so they'll drive safely thru this area. There's a golf course, swimming pool and residential area here and drivers on Holloway need to slow down because of these things. I rarely see anyone get stopped here and I've never been stopped in 25 years. I, my wife, and my neighbors all appreciate the Ballwin PD presence here. Kids, seniors, and people walking, biking, etc are all much safer for it. It's not a speed trap, it's a safety effort.
