Vinita PD, Loves to pull people over and ticket them in the 30 mile an hour section of Home of Hope rd. First this speed limit is rediculous for this type of road, it should be atleast 40 MPH, it should have been updated when the new widder road was put in, so drivers beware! Also if you work in the Industrial Park or The State Hospital on Eastern State Rd., don’t be overly excited about leaving work in little bit of a hurry, because Vinita PD always works full force here at Shift change just to cash in on you. Also the traffic Judge in the town I hear is a real stickler..So be carefull, and don’t be from Vinita, because this town loves to write tickets on their own more than anything else, oh!!the Humanity!
