Horace Harding Boulevard near Marathon Parkway

NYPD Highway Patrol sometimes in marked car sitting on side street of service road between Little Neck Parkway and Marathon Parkway. Other times, parks unmarked black Dodge Charger on side of street with radar fixed on sideview mirror. Speed limit is 30 MPH on a straight away.

I got a speeding ticket here as well. They said 57 in a 25 but the signs say 30. What a crock!
