Horizon Ridge Parkway
Westbound on Horizon Ridge Pkwy from Horizon Dr. the road is a relatively steep downgrade. At the bottom of the road, just around the bend, motorcycle officers hide just out of view. The temptation to go faster than the posted 45 is strong. Enforcement is light, but usually done during the morning commute to work.
