Horseshoe Highway Road near Wa Mutual Bank
When coming down the hill into Eastsound, as you round the last corner before turning right,they sit in the bank lot and shoot radar up the hill as you approach, posted speed is 20 MPH…25 will get you nailed.

There is no Washington Mutual Bank on Orcas Island. Do you mean Washingtn Federal Savings & Loan?
