Howard Street near Western Avenue
Evanston police park on the north side of Howard street in between Kedzie and Western along with other cars to blend in. Usually after the 11pm to 5am hours. As drivers are driving eastbound on howard street on the Chicago side they sit with their radar and wait, or they turn it on when the see a car aproach. There are no posted signs of the speed limit on the Chicago side of Howard. Real sneeky!
