Casselberry Police hid back in trees at the northeast corner of Lake Ann and Howell Branch road. An officer uses radar to catch vehicles on Howell Branch road moving west toward SR 436 (Semoran). Speed limit is 40 MPH. Police activity usually ceases by 11 AM.
