Howell Ferry Rd. NW is a hill that starts at 35mph at the Pleasant Hill Rd. NW side, but the speed limit drops to 25 mph. If you let your car coast down the hill you will be going at least 45mph!! So when you get pulled over………….The Gwinnett Medical Center Duluth is on one side and Howell Station Academy is on the other.

Shame on city of Duluth for allowing this type of fundraising right by the hospital. This is the one place where people are frequently headed to an emergancy at the hospital. Hopefully they will never be in the position of needing to get to the hospital quickly and be rewarded a ridiculous violation of a speed trapped street.

This little stretch has now been raised to 35 mph. Thank goodness!
