Howland is a wide street with good forward visibility, but it is only 25 MPH. This shopping mall meca supports itself to a large extent through its ticketing of drivers. That is why Paramus taxes are so low!

Where did you get the idea that paramus taxes are low. I live in paramus and my taxes are almost 8 thousand dollars a year and i have a small house. My neighbor pays over 9 thousand a year .
