Hoyt Street near 12th Street
Traveling Westbound on Hoyt near ball fields. Radar always used. Speed limit drops to 25 after crossing 12th St much sooner than expected when approaching a school. Limit on Pringle (which becomes Hoyt) is consistently 35.

Crossing 12th headed west on Hoyt, drivers are now in residential area, which is usually 25 mph. Two nearby schools create a lot of extra traffic and pedestrians. Remember, this is a neighborhood as well as a connector street. The wide street is deceptive and encourages speed. Don't.
