I used to live in Hulbert and you will definitely be stopped for speeding, but you will also be stopped for anything else they might notice before or after they pull you over. My experience with the police there is that they are rude, obnoxious and arrogant. I doubt they would be able to find a law enforcement job anywhere else. I heard Hulbert got the scare put into them a couple years back when some of their officers pulled over an undercover female OSBI officer and she was sexually harrassed by them. I don't know if that story is true, but the Hulbert PD has kept a lower profile in recent years.
