Several times a week , usually around Dark, Officers will sit in E.P.Tom Sawyer Park, or in the Median pull offs and shoot radar as cars come down the hill in either North or South bound lanes. Sometimes They sit in front of the elementry school near Westport road. Other times They sit on Hounz Lane, a parallel access road. It’s Very hard to see them at night.
