HW 71 East Just West of Riverside
Officer in Cruiser sits with lights off in the first driveway entering the strip office center housing IKON, Verio and Sitel just infront of the 71/Riverside intersection. Have only witnessed him go after people going east on 71 towards the Airport. Hes there almost every morning.
