There is nothing in this "town" worth slowing down for. But it drops down to 45 anyway. Typical barney fife type who (1) was a total jerk from start to finish, and was incorrect when he told me that although I was unarmed, It was the law to volunteer to show my CC permit (he didn’t ask). A few weeks later he cut me off after pulling one guy over and pulled out to get another. Just a worthless way of obtaining revenue for a crap town.

I live in St. Charles. If you drive 15 over the speed limit you deserve a ticket. If you dont like it then we dont need your money, you, or your crap in town. Find another route. How would you like someone driving 15 over the speed limit in front of your house where you kids play? Another lame comment from a sore loser. If you dont like our town, then drive around.
