miles of brand new completed 4 lane hwy with no speed limit sign. It looks like at one time it was “under construction” but I have been driving this for over 3 years….at least 4 times a year….either they ran out of funds to do final clean-up or they can’t afford to mow shoulders… anyway, I put the cruise control on 55 when I get to emanual county and look at the unknowns who are pulled over by state and/or local police. It only took once for me to get it.
