I ran into a guy B. Clark, in Wynne Arkansas who at 6am is on a Sunday morning was shooting radar from behind a 45 zone into a 55 zone which just a few hundred yards up the road it s 65. Anything to make a buck. These officers are also taking advantage of the out of town people. I would like to see how many out of state people versus locals are getting tickets. Any way I paid my speed trap $190 bucks worth,and my suggestion to all is to warn everyone you can about these situations and do not patronize or buy anything from these speed trap towns.
