HWY 101 Southbound

Police Radar waits just on other side of any of 9 rolling hills just south of the city. Set your trip-odometer to zero just as you cross over Main street on 101 southbound. Radar will be found at one of the the following mileages: 7.2, 8.3, 8.8, 10.4, 11.2, 12.4, 13.1, 14.3, 15.3. 9 sites in total. 3 police cars have been seen operating in this 8 mile streatch. One Officer told me that their enforcement was totally ineffective as far as speeding prevention goes, as the supply of speeders seems limitless, but it was great money for the city. If they REALLY were concerned about motorist safety, they would park their cars on the top of the hills where they would have a high visible presence, and the limitless supply of speeders would immediately comply with the speed limit, and the law would be "enforced." But the temptation to take money from passers-by at the expense of motorist safety is just too great for them to bear.

Comments:
In my opinion speeders should pay the city for killing people.
