west city limits is at the break of a hill and the police units spend most of their time a short distance from the city limit sign just on the other side of hill to catch drivers as they see the speed limit sign and don’t have time to slow & targeting the vehicles not yet inside the city limits & also stopping vehicles for no tag lights & vehicles traveling to slow. They are holding vehicles they stop for more than 10 minutes and most of tje time for 20 minutes. young officers that are not cleet certified and the chief of police is not yet certified and is in cleet training at this time. They have a least 2 reserve officers that are allowed to be in units not certified or trained &
without a full time officer present.There is no housing within 1/2 mile west of Tryon on 105 to city limit sign.
