Hwy 119 at the edge of town.
The speed limit is 45 mph until out of the city limits. Police stay busy issuing tickets for people speeding up to 55 mph or not slowing down at the 45 mph sign. There also is a poorly marked school zone (no blinking lights) that is very strictly enforced by hidden cars.
